- Collection: Consignments can be collected from us between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
- Next Working Day: Time of delivery is usually, but not exclusively, by 18:00 on the working day immediately following the weekday of collection. A working day is defined as Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
- 3 Working Days: Time of delivery is usually, but not exclusively, by 18:00 within 3 working days immediately following the weekday of collection. A working day is defined as Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
- Next Working Day (Small Item): Sent via standard Royal Mail first class post - expected before 18.00 hrs next working day.
*Note: For guaranteed next day deliveries orders must be placed before 12:00pm on the previous day.
